I have never before been faced with the task of euthanizing (how is this spelled?) a dying pet, but you helped me through this process with sympathy, respect, tact, and clear and helpful information. Thank you for helping me and Gwen through this painful process. Being able to sit with Gwen in the "Good-bye Room" was especially valuable. I feel that she was accorded the best death possible.
