i went to salon 17 this past weekend on a whim... i happened to walk by and decided to i needed my hair colored and hoped someone might have time to get me in... not only was my stylist wonderful the whole staff had great customer service, we talked about my budget and came to a price based on what i wanted done but my budget as well. They gave me a great client refferal discount that i can use and i will definetly recommend to all my friends! For the first time since i moved to portland i finally have to hair exactly how i asked for it and i think i have found my salon!
Pros: takes walk ins, wonderful customer service and skills
