I have been a customer of Mars Hill for 3 years. I have 5 dogs, several of which are champion show dogs, and a cat who has asthma, so I am a "frequent flier". I have never had a problem with anyone here. The staff are great, and know me and my animals by name. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and experienced, and the facility is the cleanest I've ever seen. In spite of what a previous reviewer stated, money is NOT the bottom line here. Mars Hill is not a 24 hr. facility, and animals in need of critical care at night are referred elsewhere so they can receive proper treatment and monitoring: It would have been irresponsible to "set up an oxygen cage" and leave a critically ill animal alone overnight as the reviewer wanted--perhaps he did not want to pay for ICU services at an emergency hospital??? Also, I have never been asked for payment prior to treatment, even in emergency situations, so can't imagine what this reviewer is talking about. All of the doctors at Mars Hill ar
