I tried Why Not for the first time and I regret I ever went in there. David gave me a pedicure and was extremely rude. Granted I do not have the best feet, however that is why I pay 50 dollars to go to a professional place. He made me feel very uncomfortable as he was clearly talking about me to the staff in a foreign language. He huffed and puffed in the process and gave a horrible and quick massage at the end. I have been getting a pedicure every 2 weeks for the last 7 years and I never had this bad of an experience. When I went to pay the bill, I tipped him 6 dollars in cash (I should of gave him nothing for his attitude). He said ""That is all you give, you are so cheap"". Then I said that he did not do a good job. He said that if I do not have money don't come in here. The manager was not instrumental in mitigating the situation. This place has no class, and over charges for its service. Never go back again!!
Pros: Horrible service, not trained, bad attitude. Very low class and cheap atmosphere.
