Herman's Meat & Deli used to be very well hidden in North Topeka before moving to the west side, but the quality of the meat has risen far beyond a little meat market customer's expectations. We buy a side of beef every Christmas and give packs of steak, hamburger, roast, etc. away as gifts in rubbermaid coolers that feeds four families for 2 months.
