This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. Moved into a house last April with propane heating. Day after closing, without any contact from me, this company shows up, fills the propane tank and leaves me a $1,400 bill. Threatens me to pay up or they'll dig up my yard to remove tank. Finally work that out and sign a contract for a set price/gallon. Next delivery they ignore contract and overbill me. Then, tank ran empty because gauge was broken, they knew it was broken and charged me a $75 emergency delivery fee anyway. They agree to fix gauge, and come out and shut gas off instead. They don't live up to any agreement and then use strong arm techniques. Unfortunately, they are a virtual monopoly, and I don't have any choice but to deal with them.
