I know that I am copying someones comments but I felt exactly the same with Banfield in Oviedo... Banfield's first priority is making money-and not your pet's health. They will come up with "highly recommended" tests, which are unnecessary and expensive. It is difficult to determine which tests are necessary and which ones they recommended purely to make a profit from. Their "Wellness Plan" is also a complete rip off - I bought the puppy Plan & it didn't even cover to get him fixed although the nurse told me it did when I signed up for it. I never leave there w/o spending $100 -no matter what it is for. RIP OFF
