Twin Oaks Vet Clinic is geared mainly towards large animals - mostly horses. Small animals (dogs & cats) just really aren't their cup of tea and they don't make any bones about it! When we asked if they would be our vet on call for a dog trial, they acted like they didn't want to be bothered. The receptionist/vet tech just said, if a situation developed with a large animal, it would take precedence over any dog emergency. If you have a dog or cat or other small animal - go elsewhere or be prepared to be treated like a 2nd class citizen.
