The Cat Doctor's expertise is unmatched. Even the admissions staff are extremely knowledgeable people who obviously love cats. They know our cats and have been a font of useful tips on any topic we have ever had reason to ask about.\r

The Cat Doctor does suffer from a cumbersome super-duper computer information system and using it correctly is obviously not the core area of staff competence. Checking out and scheduling can be a little slow. It's more than offset by the great care our cats have received.
