I've been here a few times since the Lakers left, and the truth is as ""old news"" as the Forum seems it's really not a half bad venue. Not great, mind you, but not bad. If you have a choice between seeing your show here and somewhere else like the Verizon Amphitheatre in Irvine then definitely go somewhere else, but if this is the only place they're playing in the area then enjoy it. The sight lines are all pretty good as long as you aren't behind the stage (which they do sell tickets for so watch out) and it's really been kept up suprisingly well for playing second fiddle to The Staples Center.
