Very dissatisfied with experience. Lost my message when I called in about an infection -- I waited til 3 to call them back to find out that message had been lost. Neglected to call in prescription for me when I was leaving town the next day. Was in an emergency situation when out of town and told I needed surgery and was not allowed to speak to a doctor on a Saturday. Failed to diagnose problem which resulted in emergency situation out of town and resulting surgery done out of town. Needless to say, I am going elsewhere.
