I was pleased with the response and flexibility to schedule the job during a time that was convenient to me. I got a confirmation call on the morning of service to ensure that time slot was correct. Crew arrived on time--actually was a few minutes earlier than time specified for the appointment. The technicians were courteous and explained the process along with the steps to be taken. They provided a sample of their work on an area that I was in agreement. Most excited about the fact that the process left the floors dry after cleaning. Highly recommends Carpet Dryclean.
