They provided Excellent Customer Service from the first phone call until the service was completed. Terry, the technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I'm not sure if I prefer the dryclean method over steam cleaning (the carpet isn't as freshened), but I love the fact that the carpet isn't wet. Most stains were removed. Thank you for the service!
