Unlike other carpet cleaners, you do not have to wait until your carpet dries. We have a toddler and a dog and they were able to run on the carpet right after Terry the technician left.\r

Great customer service. Terry the Technician had great knowledge of his product. This is the second time we are using them. We will be calling them in the next couple weeks to dry clean our carpets upstairs.
