This was the first time we'd ever tried carpet dry cleaning and couldn't be more pleased with the results. The carpet looks like new again. Carlo and Marlon were on time, so friendly and very knowledgeable. We had them clean the ?high-traffic? areas of our house and it was amazing to see how the ?sponger cleaner? pulled the dirt to the surface of the carpet. When we did the ""walk-thru"" upon their arrival to talk about the areas we wanted cleaned, Carlo told us that he would pay special attention to area outside our laundry room, which is where we keep the cats' litter box. (This was very much appreciated given our cats talent in litter tracking.) These guys worked hard and did a great job. The best part (besides the price) was that we (and the cats) could walk on the carpet as soon as they were done! We are very pleased and will call them back again. I?ve already recommended them to a friend who also has two cats!
