We have had our carpets cleaned several times by Carpet Dryclean. On each occasion, the technician has been on time, professional, and the carpets have always come out looking great. After the technician leaves, the company makes a follow-up call to confirm that we are satisfied with the results. Our latest experience with Carpet Dryclean was no different. Terry arrived at our house at the scheduled time and did a great job cleaning the carpet. Clearly Terry enjoys his job and is an asset to Carpet Dryclean. In the future, when we call Carpet Dryclean, we will request that Terry come out. Great customer service!
