I have now used this service twice. They are always on time, give a reminder call a couiple of days before and a call when they are on their way during the two hour window. They are always polite, clean and mindful of my belongings. The carpet is noticably clean, fluffier and the house has a pleasant (rather than musty wet smell). Surprisingly, the price has only changed about $10.00 in the past two years and is very reasonable. A pleasant change from the usual service one gets in this area.
