I went to get my hair highlighted because I am in the process of going from medium blonde to light blonde. The stylist said ""Is this color??!!"" I said yes. Thinking she should know since she is the hair stylist. I wasn't looking for an instant change from dark to light. The highlights in the back were sloppy and had no exact pattern and they didn't go all the way to my scalp. As I looked around it looked as though the other stylists were unhappy with their job. They are probably being paid minimum wage to work their butts off. Something I have seen in other salons.
