My mother ordered her dress from Nickie's and for four months got the run-around from the owner's daughter (the owner is never there, apparently always on vacation) about when the dress would come in. Long story short my mother died shortly before the wedding, and never got the dress she ordered (supposedly it came in the wrong size...later we got a different story, that the dress was actually discontinued). And we never got an apology from Nickie's. Please don't go to this store for your mother-of-the-bride dress. They don't even deserve one star in their rating. Customer service does not even exist to them.
