I am an owner of 2 pomeranians. When I brought my dogs to Pet Clips, both times my poms had a very bad experience.The employee that was assisting me when I went in to drop off my pomeranian today was very rude. She had a very big attitude when I stated that I did not have an appointment and if they have time to groom my pom. She asked me what I wanted done to my Pom, i stated clearly I DO NOT want any hair to be cut off, that I just want the hairs sticking out to be cleaned up. She stated that will be fine, that the coat on Pomeranians should never be cut short, otherwise they will have hair damage. When I went in to pick my pom, his hair was buzzed to an inch. I was very unsatisfied and I'm sure my pom was not too happy himself. The first time this happened was to my oter Pom over a year ago. Since that happened the first time, I decided that I will be grooming them. the only reason why I brought my other Pom in this time was because I did not have the time to groom him and will be out of town. DO NOT BRING OUR POMERANIAN TO PET CLIPS!!! The only reason why they are getting a star is because I have to, to proceed with this review.
Pros: my dog smelt good
