After working a very long week at the office, my co-worker and I decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure. She was not happy with the last salon she tried, so we decided to go with Queen Bee. I have been there several times to get manicures/fills and always noticed how well the women receiving pedicures were being treated. So, it was off to Queen Bee! We arrive in the middle of a Saturday. We only waited about 5 minutes. We chose ""our color"" and had a seat. Then the lady took us to our chair. Sat us down and turned on, what they called ""the massage chair"". It wasn't working properly - matter of fact it brought on nauseau instead of comfort. So my pedicurist removes my polish, files my nails, etc. All is going fine. She then asks me if I wanted her to put callous remover on my feet -- FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $5!!! I looked at her in disbelief. The thought of, ""shouldn't this be part of the $27 i'm dishing out all aready??"", came to mind. But I digress... I declined her offer and she continued with my ""pedicure"". Now the moment I was waiting for!! THE MASSAGE!!! I'm in high heels all week and so is my friend. We were looking forward to this massage -- WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! My pedicurist starts to do her thing.. starts on my left leg -- lasts 2 minutes with no enthusiasm. Now comes the next leg -- lasts 3 minutes -- WITH AN INTERRUPTION! She excuses herself. When she comes back she thinks she done!!! I looked at her again with the evil eye. Now comes the nail polish application. Usually you get tissue in between your toes so that the other toes don't get messed up. I DIDN'T EVEN GET THAT!!!! \r
So $30 (including tip) later, I was so disappointed... and so was my friend. \r

AGAIN.. AVOID QUEEN BEE NAILS ON BLACKSTONE AND NEES -- THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU FOR EVERY SERVICE THAT SHOULD ALREADY BE INCLUDED IN THE ALREADY HIGH PRICE!!!\r
