I live in the University commons Apartments in Austin Tx and the management is horrible. I am trying to get the word out about this crime filled hole. The management should sell used cars. They make promises that they don't keep and misrepresent how they do things and then reference the lease when you call them on their dishonesty. It isn't worth the money. The roommate matching service is a joke. The management doesn't care about your problems. Their atittude is shut up and give me your rent check because we got you by the short hairs.
Pros: cheap rent
Cons: dark parking lots, no security, loud, dirty, lots of homeless and crimials
