I've been going to owner Jesse to get my hair done for a long time now. I followed him to Salon in the Park from the last salon that he worked at. In the last 5 years that I've gone to him, I have NEVER had a problem with him not listening to me, or giving me something that I didnt want. Matter of fact, I can't recall ever not liking my hair after I left his chair. Dont get me wrong... He's not afraid to give you his opinion if he thinks what you're asking him to do to your hair wont flatter your faceshape or skintone or what have you. I mean, lets face it ladies... sometimes we dont always know exactly what we want... ""i want it shorter but not too short, highlights but not too highlighted, etc"". And he IS the professional, thats why we pay to get it done from him. Also, if your not totally satisfied with something, he encourages you to let him know so he can make it right... he wants you to be satisfied.\r
All I'm saying is don't listen to these idiots, and give him a try for yourself. You can't please everyone, its just that simple. And everyone I know that goes to him by the way (which is quite a few), have been extremely pleased with his services. The salon is nice, the staff is very friendly, and Jesse is an absolute master in his art. You'll leave feeling great about your hair.
