I received a bikini wax that had my crying for a week - I left the salon and was uncomfortable, only to discover that the next day, my skin was burned. A week later, the brown, disgusting skin finally peeled away and left me with an EXTRA smooth bikini area (ha!). Then, the salon took their time in refunding me the cost of the service (not even including the tip!). A truly unfortunate experience that left me truly bummed. But, make your own decision about the salon - they claimed that I was the only customer that this ever happened to - but for me - it only takes once!
