TERRIBLE! They didn't do the job right. They had to come back the next day to finish the job. They overcharged us. Their stain guard application didn't even protect the carpet for a month. The carpet looks the same after a month as it did $250 ago and we don't even wear shoes inside the house. We contacted them about this and they just gave the run around. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your money with them!
Cons: They don't back up their work. They don't care about their customers.
