I live outside the Loop and do not get to the Galleria often but I heard from a friend that the Visible Changes there was alot better than the one in Baybrook Mall. I need my hair done one day and decided that I might as well make the trip in to see if what I was hearing was true. I had Liz as my color specialist and I loved her. She was so friendly and really talked to me about what she thought would look good on me. The end result was awesome!! I get so many compliments on my color that I know for sure I will be going back there again.
