I have been going to Visible Changes for years to get my hair cut and occasionally highlighted (which is usually in the summer). This is the second or third time that Gretchen has done my highlights, and they look so natural that people who haven't met me think my hair isn't naturally almost black. Absolutely fantastic job - wonderful highlights that look so natural that they actually fool people. That's my idea of what a guy's highlights should look like, anyway. I've also seen her work on ladies' hair and the end result was drop dead gorgeous.\r

Also thanks to Liliya for a great haircut, I will be going back to her again. She's really good at understanding the shape and texture that I want, and she makes it happen.\r
