I went to this salon based on all the really good reviews. My experience wasn't good. I have natural dark brown hair, and my hair is currently blonde. I went to get my roots touched up. I was originally quoted $65 on the phone.. and was charged $150. She stated she only has 2 bleach clients which was enough to make me nervous, but at that point I already had bleach on my hair. The first bleach process did not lighten my hair enough, and she stated she had only used 20 Vol, which was in no way strong enough and I know that from prior experience, and that she would have to bleach it AGAIN. The 2nd time around my scalp was ON FIRE! I was almost in tears cuz it hurt so much. The 2nd bleach still did not lighten it enough and was there for FOUR HOURS.. and My hair is currently two different shades of color.. which is what I was trying to get rid of in the first place. \r

However a week has passed and my scalp is now peeling and I have sores on my head from the bleach. I have bleached my hair many times when I was younger and I've never had sores or peeling like I have now. Also, she had 2 other clients scheduled at the same time as me.. so I ended up waiting with bleach on my hair, for way longer than it should have been left on.. while she finished other clients.\r

MY RESPONSE BACK TO THE BUSINESS\r

I had called before coming in obviously to get an appt and explained what was wrong with my hair and what had happened at the previous salon I went to, that it was 3 different shades, and the quote I got by anna was $65, it is not my fault that you cant quote right. Also, you stated next time I came in you'd use stronger bleach since it didnt lighten enough the first time.. if you never use stronger than 20, why did you tell me you'd use stronger next time I came in? you might want to get your stories straight. Obviously this lady lies to try and make herself look good.
Cons: no experience in bleaching, staff lies
