I have been training with Chris for over 2 months and he has really helped me accomplish my goals. I have toned up, increasing my strength and balance. He has shown me, correct exercise technique and how to workout correctly on my own. I would highly recommend him. If you are are not seeing results from your current program or are just starting, he is has the knowledge to help you. he has helped me and I am very glad that I decided to try personal training. I LOVE to exercise now.
