I took my Elite receiver in over 8 months ago. My HDMI switching was not working and I thought a firmware update would do the trick. Because I had replaced the unit with a newer model, I was not in a hurry to get it back. After 8 months, they have done nothing. They never call you back. They never call to give you an update. When you call, the receptionist can't provide you with any information. They are truly a terrible company. It would be better if they tell you that they just can't fix it! I wouldn't trust them with any updates or repairs in the future. I couldn't believe someone gave them a perfect rating and that's why I decided to write this review.
Cons: poor communications, inability to repair product!
