They're price are not different from other dealers so save yourself the headache and go to another dealer - they are very nice when it comes to selling the products but if the customer has to go back to get their help with warranty requests they get angry and mistreat the people!!! I had to involve hunter douglas directly into my situation because these people refuse to do their job right!!!
