Horrible service, stay away!! Showed up on time but that was the only thing that went right. They decided after working on the car for a half hour that the job was more extensive than originally thought (even though we purchased their biggest package posted online) and decided to just disappear. Yes, that's right...disappear! No knock on the door, nothing. Left the car unlocked on the side of the street with the flashers on and keys sitting right on the dashboard in plain sight...very lucky it wasn't stolen. Then didn't return two phone calls until I threatened filing criminal charges, lied on the phone to me, and then abruptly hung up obefore even offering any remedy to the situation whatsoever. Very shady business ethics and questionable personal character as well. With so many choices of places to have your car detailed, do yourself a favor and go with another company b/c Jake and Lee are awful! Use at your own risk!!

Cons: Damaged car; left before finishing the job; then made up lies/excuses over the phone, only calling back after I threatened criminal action
