Terrible, TERRIBLE service and an EXTREMELY awful and rude cab drive that attempted to drive away at full speed with the door wide open and me still in the cab... I had to jump out to make sure I was not going someplace I didn't want to....the cab was #102. The excuse I got when I called the help line was ""the cab driver has probably fallen on hard times with the economy and the rising gas prices"" as the excuse for the driver being an a**hole and trying to rip me on the other rider off for a 2 mile ride and telling me ""oh you want to go back where you came from"" as he floored it and drove away with me still in the cab with the door open. I will never use yellow cab again because of this awful awful driver in addition to the response I got from the dispatcher help line...I realize that yellow cab will continue to do business and make plenty of money without mine, my family's and my friend's business but I will not forget and will at all times use other services and will encourage other people to do the same.
Pros: their cabs always seem to be around
