Requested service terminated one month early on four month contract. Confirmed four times over 5 weeks the early cancellation date was correct. (Never offered cancellation paperwork even when asked what need to be done. Told the date was already the early termination date.) Credit card charged month after cancellation date despite the four verbal confirmations of early cancellation date. Representative was to call next day after she talk with owners since she was not allowed to give refunds at that location. Called late the next day after not receiving a return call. Message relayed from representative that they could not give refunds. Could either come by and sign cancellation forms to not be charged again (even though it was suppose to be the last charge on the original contract) or receive 30 days of a service that was not wanted or usable due to travel and other obligations.
