I bought my Mazda3 at Oak Tree Mazda in late 2005 and I've been taking it back to the dealer for service ever since. I've always gotten great customer support back from them. They take the time to explain their service recommendations, and they don't use the expected high-pressure tactics to get you to spend more on maintenance than you planned for. A couple of times I've said 'no' or 'I'll wait on that' and the service reps have always dropped the issue.
