I've gone to this spa 4-5 times. Each time the service has been wonderful. The environment was calming, the workers were welcoming, and everything seemed very well organized. My massages have always been fabulous and I've never had to wait 10 minutes beyond my scheduled time. Since I travel for work I visit many spas. I feel the prices of A Step Above are very reasonable.
Pros: Free parking, inside is very nicely decorated
