The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of talking to. After three weeks, my trash has still not been picked up. I called last week and was told that the trash, including the mess left by the animals, would be picked up today. I spoke with a ""manager"" today who actually laughed and said that wasn't happening, and that she was canceling my service. She then refused to give her name or any information on her superior, thereupon calling me several derogatory names and telling me to shove it. I cannot begin to express my outrage over this company. And to think I'm getting harrassed by the city who sanctions this company for garbage removal. Unbelievable. Save yourself the grief and spend the extra few dollars with another company, this one is literally, garbage.
