Out of all people, you wouldn't expect the store manager to be the one that ruins your experience. At this location, the staff are generally friendly--so I was surprised when i recieved horrible service from her. Elephant's has good food although pricey. This location typically has a ""regular"" crowd as it is surrounded by business parks and several customers have been saying that they will take their business somewhere else due to her lack of professionalism and poor service.
