Suspened Sentense 8/26/2008

I had been a loyal customer at the Eagan shop for over 20 years. I had my shocks and struts replaced on my 1997 Toyota Avalon in November of 2005 at 149,000 miles. In August of 2006 at 170,000 miles I had it in to check on noise in the left rear. They lubed the sway bar bushing which had been replace in the original repair. In September of 2006 at 171,000 miles I had the car in because of noise in the front. They replaced the front sway bar links at no cost. These links had been replaced in the original repair. I have had continual noise in the suspension from that point forward. In August of 2008 at 195,000 miles I had the car in because of the continuing suspension noise issues. At that time they replaced the rear sway bar links at my cost. These had been replaced in 2005. Again in August of 2008, I had the car in because of noise in the front suspension. This time it was found that the car needed a new upper strut plate. All Imports has done all the work associated with struts and shocks on this car. The history of issues with the car suspension seems to be related to a poor initial installation in 2005. All Imports refuses to acknowledge this possibility and as a result have lost a loyal customer. Pros: Repairs done on time Cons: Quality of repairs more
