These people rob from the poor to make themselves rich. They take advantage by setting rules and not explaining these rules. I'm a senior on a fixed income. I live in a small apartment and rarely use the air conditioner because of money issues. I moved to Katy to be near my grandchildren. I signed up for Cirro Energy for six months and the most I paid was $75 per month. But on the 7th and 8th month I was charged $300. I was shocked! I called to find our why and was told the 6 month plan had ended. I told them I would sign up for another 6 month plan and asked if there was any way at all I could they would work with me on the $300. She talked to the owners and and they said ""NO!"" They would not budge. I had to borrow the money and skip paying other bills to pay the $300 bill so it would not damage my credit. Again! PLEASE BEWARE before you sign up with this company.
