Horrible customer service- lack of organization 8/21/2008

Had challenges working with SK Lavery from the beginning- I inherited them from previous homeowners. Had a technician come out (nice tech BTW) identified the problems and went back to the office. I didn't hear anything back until 8 weeks later when I called them- they lost my info and paperwork- no parts ordered yet. They ordered parts required (4 day lead time) and don't call back for another three weeks. Make an appointment to be here for the repairs (finally). Tech goes home sick- and no one to back him up! I take a full day from my busy schedule to wait for this! These guys are worse than waiting for the cable guy. When you call SK Lavery regarding your concerns they don't care and act like it's no skin off their back. What happened to go old fashioned customer service?? I understand things occur beyond control- they just have no intention of making you feel like they care or are trying to help. Pros: They do service a variety of appliances Cons: The way they conduct their customer service- horrible. more
