Recently, I planned a big birthday surprise for my girlfriend by making reservations at the Inn at Craig Place. Unfortunately for us, we arrived only to find out our reservations were scheduled for the wrong day due to the scheduling system. Once we explained the situation to Greg and Kelly Alba, they were very apologetic and ensured us they would take care of us. They did exactly that. We waited about 15 minutes in the lobby while their whole family helped get our room in tip top condition. I ordered the birthday package with my stay in the Happily Ever After room and it was exactly what I wanted. They even made breakfast accomodations for my vegetarian girlfriend. This place felt like a home away from home but BETTER! I highly recommend this place to any and all honeymooners, people looking to take a break from their hectic lives, and all others looking to escape. The customer service here is impeccable and I'm more than sure I will be back for more. And this is not even mentioning because of the inconvenience and mix up, Greg and Kelly refunded my full payment for our stay.
