I was so furious at how I was treated I decided to come home and see if I could log my complaints anywhere. It so happens they have had unfavorable reviews before. In any case I wanted to add my review to CitySearch.
Pros: None. Spend your hard earned dollars at any number of other beauty supply stores in manhattan.
Cons: Nonexistent customer service. Extremeley rude suspicious treatment.
