They towed my car from my apartment complex because - they said - my tags were expired. Except my tags were not expired, and there was no reason for the car to be towed. After four hours of phone calls, they agreed to bring my car back to me. They brought back the wrong car. Completely incompetent, and I never even got an apology. If I didn't have to give them at least one star, I'd give them negative stars.
Pros: none.
Cons: Incompetent, unhelpful, wrong.
