I called in an order (they're automated now, yay!) at 10pm on a Saturday night. Since inconsistency is their trademark, I decided to wait out front for a cab that might come in 50 minutes or five. As usual, no one came. I called at 10:40 and waited, as usual, ten or fifteen minutes to get anyone on the line. Since the operators habitually drop calls I pressed ""0"" again each time the line went silent. Suddenly I hear someone yelling at me to ""stop pressin buttons in my ear!!!"" as if I were a child.
