I just want to give my two cents...I myself am a teacher at Kids R Kids Avery Ranch, and I must say that I love it there. I can't believe that some of you come on here and try to ruin the reputation of the very same loving people that you once entrusted the care of your children to. I mean they had to have made you feel comfortable at one time or another. I mean you come on here and start throwing out racial slurs and degrading remarks about the staff, all while hiding behind a screen name. If things are that bad at Kids R Kids then leave, and when you do have the guts tom tell Ms.Elwin, Mr. John, Ms. Rola or Ms. Sughanda why you are withdrawing. It bothers me being a teacher that you would stoop to such low levels. I mean you state that we teachers do not have degrees and that we are old convicts, but at the same time you can't even spell the word rude! I guess your degree plan didn't come with a computer class that teaches you how to spell check first. Anyway, I am telling all of you that I do work at the school, and that even though I do not have a degree I still go above and beyond when it comes to the children that are in my care! Every parent that has come into my classroom has been treated with respect, and their children all absolutely adore me and the other two young ladies that I work in the room with. Ms. Rola is the best person at the front. This woman knows policy and procedure like the back of her hand. She greets every one that enters the building with a warm smile on her face, and not to mention she knows everyone by name! Ms. Shelly is one of the greatest teachers on the infant side and is always there to help a fellow co-worker out with a smile as well. She has a heart of gold. Ms. Elwin and Mr. John, man where do I start? They are truly not in this for the money. They are in it to make a difference in the childcare industry. They pay for us to go to school to receive degrees and certifications in early childhood eduation!
Pros: Very warm nurturing environment.
