I went in to look at a car because the price looked ok. What a nightmare. They have their own financing and insurance and they FORCE people to use them for both. They tell you that you can't take the car unless you get there finance and insurance. They tell you this AFTER they take your down payment and make you sign the loan papers. They are charging me 21% finance and my credit is ok. When I told them I changed my mind they wouldn't give me back the keys to my trade in. They took my trade in car keys and would not give it back to me. I felt very threatened and I stupidly took the car. All this for a used car which already stalled on me twice. I could have gotten two new cars for what I am paying for one used car. I am going to call the states attorney, what they are doing has to be illegal. I feel so ripped off.
Pros: nothing good about this place
Cons: they will rob you blind
