I joined Cardio Express back in November of 2007, started to go slow then attended a bit more but always found place, dirty, dirty, smells, and most of all unfriendly clientele NOT COUNTING THE UNPROFESSIONAL individuals behind the counter. They got a new Manager, Michael but everyone calls him Mike or Mickey! Had a problem and went in and cancelled my membership. Then in July I went in to change account that automatic withdrawal for membership, due to the fact that Citibank closed their offices here in CT and only ahve offices in Westport and Fairfield CT, (2 hours away) Gave Mike new account and he convinced me to give them another try and not cancel since they were moving to a newer location in front of plaza.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dirty, Smells, Staff no Professional and knowwhat it means to be a Manager
