I would not recommend using Pool Tech. We hired them to relocate our spa, which they did, but then we asked them to replace a few jets on our tub. The owner, Andy, indicated he would like to have our big jet for matching purposes. Well, several months and phone calls later, we have never heard back from him. This leaves us to guess which jet we are missing, as our tub has several different jets and jet actions. We are very disappointed with their lack of response and keeping our jet without any calls to indicate what was happening. They obviously don't care about their customers.
