It was my first time in this salon, I found it by reading the reviews on this page,so I booked an appointment with Melissa full of high expectations. She more than overdelivered. First she found out exactly what I wanted,then made recomendations and also was open to my doubtfull feedback. (I was too chicken to follow her advise) After she was into the cut for 10min I saw the error of my ways and admited she was right from the beginning, she remodeled the style and left me happy and certainly instilled trust for the future. This salon certainly has the wow factor in the appropriate place: High Skill and Outstanding Service.
